On January 24, 2024, Martin and Rosmarie Ebner disclosed a shareholding in Autoneum Holding Ltd. of 10.254% via Anna Holding AG.

At the Annual General Meeting on April 9, 2024, the Board of Directors will propose the election of Martin Klöti to the Board of Directors. He has many years of extensive expertise in the areas of corporate management and finance in internationally active companies.
