- 1 Autoneum Holding Ltd did not pay a dividend for the 2022 financial year in 2023. Autoneum Holding Ltd paid a dividend for the 2021 financial year in 2022 of CHF 1.50 per share entitled to dividends, totaling a payout of CHF 7.0 million as approved by the Annual General Meeting.
- 2 Autoneum purchased 29 600 registered shares (2022: 23 500) and transferred 18 258 registered shares (2022: 15 015) in conjunction with share-based remuneration in the period under review.
